Application Scenario

An industrial gas filling station provides bottled oxygen, nitrogen and argon distribution services to surrounding factories, hospitals and welding shops. It requires large-capacity cryogenic storage tanks as the gas source, matched with high-pressure filling pumps, transfer pumps and vaporizers, meeting daily filling demands ranging from several tons to tens of tons, reducing single-vehicle transport costs and improving gas supply stability.

A single 50m³ storage tank can fill about 2,000 bottles of 40L cylinders, saving more than 30% of cost compared with dewars; the storage tank has built-in vacuum insulation with a daily evaporation rate of ≤0.3%, with no loss even during long-term standing; fully automatic operation, unattended, remote monitoring of pressure and liquid level ensures continuous production of the filling station.
