Steel plants require large amounts of high-purity oxygen for converter oxygen blowing, continuous casting cutting and blast furnace oxygen-enriched coal injection; a single blast furnace needs thousands of cubic meters of oxygen per hour. Liquid nitrogen is used for ladle refining of molten steel, and argon for bottom blowing stirring of converters, making this a core supporting gas supply system for steel smelting.
Our storage tanks can supply gas continuously for 30 days; a single 80m³ liquid oxygen tank can vaporize 64,000m³ of oxygen, meeting the 24-hour continuous production needs of a medium-sized steel plant; the ambient air vaporizer needs no electric heating, has zero operating cost, auto-defrosts in winter and is stable and reliable.
